Finally – let’s meet at Aqua Nor 2021

juli 12, 2021

After a year in lockdown it’s time to meet the industry physically again and we can’t wait. – This will be one big relief for all of us and we hope to meet as many of you as possible, says Marketing Manager Jannicke Valderhaug.

Ever since 1979 Aqua Nor has managed to gather people working with aquaculture from all over the world in Trondheim. Today it’s actually the world’s largest aquaculture technology exhibition. No wonder Optimar has been present every year since the very first edition.

Collaboration leads to good solutions

– Aqua Nor is a nice opportunity to meet new and existing customers. Being close to them makes it possible for us to offer the right solutions and continuous development, Vice President in Aquaculture Hans Owen Thunem tells us.

 – Our stand is designed for good discussion and at the same time we have taken infection control into account. Which means an even more spacious stand, Valderhaug explains.

Presenting new innovative solutions

– During the exhibition we will present biometrics which is a sonar for biomass measurement, based on the sonar principle. Our newly developed buoy provides up to five sonars and we look forward to telling the industry all about it, Thunem reveals.

– Fish handling with care is our mission and that’s why we also will present innovative solutions for stun and bleed. Optilice, Optiflush and last, but not least, Optipipe is here to revolutionize the industry, he says.
