New contract signed with Okeanrybflot

We are happy to announce that we have signed the second contract for Okeanrybflot, one of Russia’s leading fishing companies. Optimar will deliver a state of the art factory to produce and freeze up to 450 tonnes/day of high premium products. Species like Pollock, Herring, and Mackerel will be graded, gutted, headed and filleted in an efficient process, and fresh frozen in the automatic OptiFreeze system. Byproducts like roe and liver are extracted and produced into quality products for the retail market. 

This is a big and important contract for Optimar and we look forward to delivering another hightech fish factory to our Russian customer.
The vessel is designed by Skipsteknisk and will be in operation in 2022.
