Block Crusher

Designed and developed in order to separate frozen product and the plastic film used to build the layered frozen blocks.

To do so, the block, placed sideways in the tray designed for the task, is crushed  by a hydraulic  actuator in the direction  of  the plastic film breaking up the block.

The product is picked up on a machine’s inferior tray, from where it will be taken to the next process.
