Control system for automatic filling of fish cartons and automatic refilling of buffer is optional equipment. A adjustable timer switch secures a constant batch (+/- 5%) in each carton.
The Optimar ice dosage conveyor is also available with a double feeding belt. In packing lines, where both bottom and top ice are required, the double ice dosager is designed to batch in both ends. The fully automatic ice dosage conveyor is removing one of the hardest operations in a fresh packing line. Optimar is also designing and manufacturing automatic systems for making, storing, transportation and weighing of ice.
