1. CONTROL OF THE PROCESSING CONDITIONS
Precise temperature control in every stage.
Timing control of the stay of the product in every stage, proportionally adjustable in each in function of product size.
Salt and additives control in every stage.
2. MINIMUM LABOUR
Except for loading the product in the receptacle, the rest of the process is automatic and continuous without the intervention of operatives.
3. DELICATE HANDLING OF PRODUCT
The product remains in the receptacle from the beginning to the end of the process, eliminating any possible harm or abrupt transfers. The result is that it maintains its antennae, eyes and appendixes intact.
4. MINIMUM MAINTENANCE
The line functions by means of mechanical transmission. Traction is achieved by an oil hydraulic motor equipped with safety mechanisms.
The system remains unaltered in the aggressive surroundings derived from brine and boiling vapours.
All the elements of the system are designed for quick and simple cleaning.
The equipment can be cleaned with detergents, foam alkaline and acid solution and water jets.
