Apprentices are essential to Optimar
Every year, we employ 5–10 apprentices in different fields. Apprentices receive good training and experience. They are followed up by professionals as well as our collaborative apprenticeship training offices.
Collaborating closely with high schools, vocational colleges and universities is important for our competence development and the fostering of in-house talent. To collaborate with academia and students are important to develop individuals but also the organization. Two of our employees have completed their PhD – theses in combination with their job in Optimar.
