Documentation Engineer

As Documentation engineer you will be a part of Optimar’s Documentation & Machine Safety team and participate in delivering Customer Documentation according to Contract requirements

As a Documentation engineer you will be part of Optimar’s Documentation & Machine Safety team and participate in deliver Customer Documentation according to Contract requirements

Qualifications and skills

  • degree in technical field (mechanical, electrical, production, design) or equivalent practical experience
  • experience writing technical project requirements and maintain effective professional relationships with all clients and organize all project material 
  • ability to communicate effectively in English (advanced level both written and verbal)
  • ability to communicate effectively in Russian (is an advantage both written and verbal)
  • strong logical thinking, quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt to new methods, techniques and procedures
  • experience with MS Office
  • experience with ERP and document handling systems is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • prepare, coordinate, modify the technical documentation respecting deadlines
  • deliver Customer Documentation according to Contract requirements and relevant regulations 
  • assist aligning the company’s policies, processes, procedures, work instructions, checklists, and design standards with engineering principles
  • assist R&D department in development and maintenance of documentation for new machines
  • take a proactive role in continuous improvement of processes, products and systems
  • participate in improvement projects representing the department initiated by the Organisation
  • participate in project meetings, training sessions
